Product Introduction:

The AS970X is a series of bias power supply chips recently launched by our company, including three models: AS9700, AS9701, and AS9702. The main difference among them lies in their load capacity, with the highest model capable of supporting up to 250mA of current. They feature dual-channel symmetrical outputs ranging from ±4.0V to ±6.5V in 100mV increments, suitable for bias control of most LCD screens, providing high-quality solutions for various LCD screen applications.

  

The AS970X series features independent control functions for ENN and ENP, which can be controlled by simple logic inputs to determine whether ENN and ENP are output. It is also compatible with the I2C interface, allowing for I2C communication to control the output level of ENN and ENP. It ensures an output voltage accuracy within ±1.5% and maintains a high efficiency of 85% even under light load conditions.

The AS970X series meets high safety requirements with features such as under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-temperature protection (OTP), and soft start, greatly ensuring the stability of the product.
