Responsibilities
1. Responsible for defining, developing, and validating analog integrated circuit chips;
2. Cooperate with the marketing department to complete the initial project definition, lead the technical feasibility study and project approval of the project
Design specific circuit architectures based on product definitions and technical specifications, and lead project team members to complete tasks such as analog circuit design, simulation, and verification;
4. Plan layout, guide and assist layout engineers in completing layout design, and ensure that the layout meets the requirements of circuit design;
5. Write product testing specifications.
6. Assist testing engineers in developing testing specifications and resolving issues in testing development;
7. Assist application engineers and on-site application engineers in solving customer and other application problems;
8. Responsible for and track the front-end and back-end processes of the product;
9. Responsible for writing relevant design documents.

1. Major in microelectronics or electronic engineering, with a master's degree of at least 5 years and a bachelor's degree of at least 7 years of experience in analog circuit design;
2. Proficient in analog circuit IC design methods, with a deep understanding of semiconductor devices and process flow, familiar with and have a profound understanding of CMOS/CCD processes;
3. Master and proficiently use EDA tools such as Spectre, HSPICE, nanosim, etc;
4. I have experience in designing products such as Switch charger, DC-DC, LDO, Level shifter, LED driver, Interface, etc.
5. Possess excellent teamwork, communication, learning, and problem-solving skills, able to lead R&D team members to achieve established goals.

2. More than 2 years of layout design work experience;
3. Familiar with integrated circuit technology and layout design process specifications
4. Familiar with layout verification command files, familiar with ESD/LatchUp design, and with practical tape out experience preferred
5. Serious and responsible in work, good at learning, and possessing good teamwork spirit

Dedicated to power products, with experience in designing power topology circuits such as flyback and forward, PWM switch control theory and voltage and current loop control principles, in-depth understanding of power products and devices such as switching power supplies, proficient in selecting power devices and designing magnetic components;
2. Assist IC design engineers in evaluating products, collaborate with system engineers and IC design engineers to conduct testing, evaluation, development, and validation of power management ICs, participate in system validation of company IC products, assist designers in chip debugging and defining new product functional performance, assist engineering designers in batch testing and validation of finished products, and be able to write technical application documents such as datasheet and design guide;

Familiar with the safety requirements and energy efficiency standards of switch mode power supply systems, familiar with the design methods related to EMI suppression and ESD resistance in switch mode power supplies, and have certain solutions for electromagnetic compatibility and safety regulations of switch mode power supplies;
2. Familiar with C language, strong hands-on ability, proficient in using various debugging instruments;
3. Proficient in applying software related to power products, with strong hands-on ability, and able to proficiently use various debugging instruments;
4. College degree or above in electronics related majors, with more than 2 years of practical experience in research and development of switch power supplies, or 3-5 years of work experience in R&D, AE, FAE, and testing positions in the IC electronics industry, possessing independent development capabilities;
5. Strong communication skills, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. Cooperate with sales personnel to promote products and provide technical support;
6. Can adapt to short-term business trips

Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, and promptly handle customer quality feedback issues;

Understand the functions and performance information of power management products in the same industry, be familiar with power management chip suppliers and various product characteristics, be able to compare the advantages and disadvantages of our company's products and provide complete testing reports;
3. Cooperate with sales personnel to promote products and provide technical support;
4. Assist customers in solving technical problems encountered in the application of chips;
5. Establish customer technical support files.
