General Description
AS5204 is an absolute analog pressure sensor packaging a MEMS sensing element in a compact 2.0×2.5×1.05mm3 package. The wide sensing range further opens enough windows for pressure detection. The small form factor makes it an easy fit-in for compact applications like handheld devices, industry, and automotive.
The device is a RoHs compliant 8-pin LFBGA (2.0mm x 2.5mm x 1.05mm3) & 4-pin LFBGA (2.96 x 3.76 x 1.05mm3) outline dimension package.
